WE ARE ABLE TO STILL ARRANGE FOR DROP OFF AND COLLECTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR REPAIR WITH OUR "ARRANGE AND DROP OFF" SOCIALY DISTANCED PROCEDURE (SAME AS CLICK AND COLLECT ONLY WITH AN ARRANGED PHONE CALL RATHER THAN CLICKING ONLINE). WE ARE ALSO STILL OPERATING OUR SERVICE CALL OUTS IN CUSTOMERS HOUSES FOR REPAIRS AND INSTALATIONS. WE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO CALL AND ADVISE ON THE USUAL NUMBER LISTED BELOW. We have seen over the last 12 months that nothing is certain and that times can be testing. We are still unsure as to what will happen in the near to medium term and how long all of the regulations will affect all of us. With government advice instructing those most at risk to once again try to shield and isolate as much as possible. The TV is an ongoing major source of company and information for all those people as well as others and some people really are going to struggle to do without should it go wrong. Here at Touts TV & Smart Home Centre we will be doing everything we can to provide service to those in need in the coming months. We are going to extreme lengths to serve the South Dorset community as we have done for the last 87 years. Unless government advice forces us to shut down entirely , or we ourselves are forced to self isolate, we will still be providing essential service to anyone in need where possible. We feel there is a genuine risk to people’s mental wellbeing, levels of social loneliness as it is and the thought of being on your own without TV will be very scary and worrying for many. We are implementing steps to keep the safety of our staff and customers at the highest possible levels. These include the use of disposable protective equipment, masks, gloves, regular hand washing before and after visits in accordance with current recommended advice. We are talking to customers before visits to ensure a safe distance between parties is maintained. We are aware that guidelines are altering all the time and are keeping up to date with information provided by government. If you have any questions or issues regarding your TV, signals, or visual equipment, either for yourself or for a relative or friend that is in need, then please give us a call to see in what way we are able to help. As well as service call outs for problems, we can very quickly provide and install new equipment and try to get extra TV's installed in a bedroom or separate area where someone is required to self isolate within a property.
