Due to a change in the nature of the business as well as the continued rise in costs we are updating our shop/showroom opening hours for the foreseeable future. We will continue to work Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, however the shop at 40 Park Street will only operate daily from 10am to 12pm. This will allow us to offer a continued level of service out in the field while still maintaining a physical presence for customers to be able to come and talk to us, seek advice or drop off equipment. Customers will still be able to speak to us outside of these hours by calling us on 01305785017 throughout our working day. If we are unable to answer your call in person at any time, then please leave a message with details and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly are able to. We have not taken this decision lightly but the most important thing for our business is being able to get out into the community and assist our customers as soon as is possible and we feel this is the best way for us to achieve that. We thank all of our customers over the last 90 years for their continued patronage and look forward to continue helping them for many years to come.
